Kabob.
I always forget to take a picture after it’s done. This was my first experience making kabobs. Not hard at all, but I think next time I might do a marinade. The smoked sausage gave it a nice little kick.
Another thing I should have taken a photo of was that I had a special rack that went with the skewers. It kept the kabobs about an inch off of the grilling surface. I also had the charcoal on the sides so it was right underneath.
Dinner was great. Wife and the in-laws both approved.
Food accented with a New Belgium Skinny Dip beer.




Ah.., Summer! Love that frothy beer.
