Fat Tire in a can.

Welcome to Gotshoo?, proudly serving the inter-tubes since 2000. Gotshoo? is the personal of Chris Scheufele, that's me. I live in Springfield, Illinois with my wife and two dogs, Buddy and Clancy. I work during the day as an IT consultant and play at night with a freelance company called After Hours Development, and put together cool projects like Spfldbloggers.com
When I am not tinkering with computers and code, I am taking pictures trying to keep up with my daily photo, or riding my bike, or playing with the dogs.
You are SO right.
I saw this the other day at Famous. Next time I go swimming and need beer, I’m getting some.
My friends out West swear by Dale’s Pale Ale, which also is available in cans.
Cans are the new retro.
Until just a couple years ago, I thought I hated beer. Thanks to a beer festival (Cabin Fever, Schlafly) I discovered that it’s blonde beers I dislike. The darker the beer, the more I like it. Give me a porter or stout any day, over anything else.
Now, as far as I can remember, the only beer I’ve ever drank from a can was Stag. Though, admittedly, I never actually drank straight from the can; I poured it into a glass. It’s my dad’s beer of choice and he wanted me to sample it. It wasn’t half-bad.
Fat Tire in a can. Me likey. I much prefer beer in bottles or in a glass, but when you occasionally go places that don’t allow glass containers, or where glass is not conducive to safety (i.e. my dad’s pool), it’s good to know the canned option is available.
