Doing all that physical activity wouldn’t be fun unless you could come back from your workout and logged it to the internet, right?
Right?!
Okay, so I am a nerd and have a thing with numbers and seeing a graphical representation of those hours on the bike.
I’ve been using an online tool called DailyMile (http://www.dailymile.com/people/gotshoo). It’s a great little tool that let’s you log your mileage, time on the pavement, or your laps in the pool. Cool thing about it is that you can join groups with other people in your physical activity. I joined ‘My First Century’, but it’s just me and another dude. I did see some other groups with great q/a like ‘Couch to 5K.’
I’ve got 24 invites - let me know if you’re interested.

I’d like to check it out. I want to start training for a race again, maybe this will inspire me.
Invite sent, Dan.
I’ll join! Lacking inspiration to get off ass right now
I’d love an invite. Even might get me off my butt to run more often.
Peter, Ben - I sent you both invites.
Tracking the miles you’ve ridden, have you tracked your weight as well? There is a noticeable change.
My weight has dropped a little. I weigh about 8~ lbs less than back on our wedding day. But I’ve stayed pretty consistent all summer although you can see a change in my face.
