By a vote of 6 comments, July 13th is officially Springfield Bloggers night with the Springfield Sliders. Mrs. Shoo and I went with my bro and his gf this evening to scout out the stadium. My nine year old cousin was also throwing out the first pitch for his birthday.
16oz Beer $3.00, Hotdog $2.00 - Really good seats: $6.50.
More than affordable.
So far the Sliders are 16-4, and I believe after tonight’s game they’ll be 17-4. We left after the 6th inning but the Sliders were ahead 6-0.

Yup, same place the Springfield Cardinals used to play.
Just as a head’s up every Monday is paint the park red Monday’s so if you wear a cards shirt you get general admission seats for $2 instead of $4. We go every Monday and I pay the full $4 for my seats thank you… And Thursdays is Thirsty Thursdays (dollar beers) Everyone should try and get to a game though. It really is a good time.

Yes, it’s definitely Bob. Next Monday, look for “I would walk 500 miles” by the proclaimers, as well as ’snippets’ from the announcers in “Major League.” You may text your requests to Merf and he shall forward the message. Merf’s got the hook-up all over town. I swear.
