Aereogramme is a sort-of-more-mainstream-ish Arcade Fire. Some other bands: The Album Leaf, British Sea Power, The Broken West, Beulah (although they've broken up, their catalog is great), Camera Obscura, The Capes, Chris Mills, David Mead, Elbow, the Features, Ill Lit Let me know if any of those pan out.
