I helped two coworkers today setup their iPhones to work with our Microsoft Exchange server. The phones do not use the OMA (Outlook Mobile Access) protocol. They instead have to be configured to use IMAP and SMTP, which means the IT guy, your’s truely, had to setup the firewall so they can work.
