Dave has been playing with his webcam this week and Brad has been turning on the Bella Cam, which has inspired me to go live on the web with Buddy Cam. Right now Buddy is sleeping in the chair…. that’ll make for some good webcam tv.
It seems like 5 years ago when webcams were the *new* thing. Sign on to instant messenger and there would be your friends staring blankly into a monitor. But it seems to be coming back with the ability to ‘lifecast’ 24/7 services like ustream.tv and justin.tv through mobile wireless services.
I am not saying that I ready to surrender my privacy 24/7 but right now you can watch my dog.
I started with UStream, but the darn thing would never initialize. That embed looks dead sexy, I might have to give them another try.
I had problems getting my cam configured, but if you look at the bottom right hand corner there is an ‘Advance Settings’ button. Try that.

I haven’t gotten to watch the Buddycam yet. You need to turn it on…I miss my puppies!!
