We played 18 innings of softball at UIS, and they were everywhere. One kid was trying to catch a pop fly and got one in his eye, so the ball nearly smacked him in the face. It was pretty funny ! Then we found out why - there were gnats everywhere. We left soon. They were horrible all the way home too, and someone I work with noticed it too. So yes, they were everywhere.
