Actually it was Niki's idea. Our 4 year anniversary is coming up and we both think fruit and flowers is a crappy anniversary gift. Of course that is the traditional gift. The modern gift calls for an appliance... hmm. The Wii is a console of sorts which could probably be considered an appliance. Maybe an exercise appliance? Sweet... justified. That is why we want one. The Wii is a lot of fun (besides the workout) especially for the price - 250 compared to 400 for a new Xbox 360.
