GTG and I took advantage of the warm weather today. It was an unseasonable 40 degrees. Took a few (ok, really a half million) photos while playing with dog. In all truth, the photos of the dog are not for the Gotshoo audience. They’re really for my Mom. So here you go Mom.
The shot above was taken with the “Action Mode.” I love the camera. I have never had a camera where I could do stuff like this before.
GTG has supposedly signed me up to take pictures at an up coming Sadie Hawkins dance. I am going to invest in a hot shoe (flash). Anyone out there know where I can get one for cheap to reasonable?
What kind of dog is Buddy? Looks like either a Dachshund with long legs or a Dachshund mix. Good looking dog regardless!

He is a dachshund mix. Half dachshund, half basset. Or what I tell people, the linebacker version of a dachshund.
hehe. cool dog, reminds me of our dog Beck. He’s a full miniature dachsy but very stocky with longer legs that usual and about the same color as Buddy.
I’ve seen your ’shorts’. They are great looking dogs. Kind of cool how much personality they have. Just tonight Buddy disappeared while I passed out on the couch. He ransacked my office, left some “presents”, and almost destroyed two tickets for an up coming concert. I discovered this after he woke me up whimpering with a toy in his mouth.
What can you do? Yelling won’t help at all.
How are you expecting the dogs to react to baby Deaton? Buddy is very protective of GTG and strangers. Could care less if anyone comes around me.
man on man, ha. we crate trained both do so if I take a nap on the couch they “go to their room”.
They really like it in there, kind of like their little home.
I think they’ll do well with the baby. We’ve had other people bring their baby over (and we were secretly testing how they reacted to someone else’s kid) and they were in careful mode. It’s amazing to watch really, they act so much differently around babies. I am sure they will be jealous at first but I don’t think it will be before long before they consider the baby like a sibling. (I hope)
Beck is very protective and somewhat intense. He sleeps with one eye opened. On the other hand he is the smarter of the two and listens very well, we housebroke him in 2 weeks, no lie. Emmet is laid back, he spends most of his leaving presents around the house and nawing on bones.

Flash: I will have to find out the name of the store from my mom. There is a guy who repairs cameras and works out of his house. He sometimes has gently used equipment for very reasonable prices.
Yes, he is a big boy. Twenty-two pounds. Cool, will wait to here back from you.
Hey Shoo, What about UIS, they are WiFi site? Also, what is that site to the far NW on 97, Bradforton Grain Elevator? Jus curious, Darla
Darla, I add that to the list to add to wifi map. The place off of 97 is a gym of some type. I listed it because it was on another source for wifi locations.
believe it or not, you might be able to find a decent one from walmart. of course circuit city and best buy. circuit city has them, and they are probably less expensive than best buy, but i think best buy might price match. food for thought.
