I got so depressed last night after seeing your theme that I watched Golden Girls reruns until 4 in the morning. Then I took a couple boxes of sleeping pills and ate a whole loaf of pumpkin bread.
Really though didn’t mind the other theme. I’ve been on the brink of updating my site (header graphic and color scheme), so it’s good to see the winds of change blowing here too. Ah, those internet winds of change.
I’m all for a theme that properly double-spaces paragraphs in comments I enter. Before there was no space and they would just be right next to each other, making my 18-paragraph comments even less legible than they are initially.
Just to test, this is a new paragraph. Good luck with the theme selection Shoo. I think I might update the look of my site today as well.
Oh and one more thing - looks like you have the language set to Spanish or whatever. The button below the comments fiels says “Enviar comentario” which I believe roughly translates to “Envision Comments in a Scenario Involving Cheerios.”
Thanks Dave. Yes, this was originally a Spanish theme. Haven’t translated everything. Who knew the 2 years of Spanish in high school would finally pay off.
Dave beat me to the Spanish punch…if you need help, shoo, I’m a little ahead of your two years of high school Spanish…I’m about two classes away from being certified to teach it.
Still don’t like the theme…it’s all tech-y looking…blech.
I like it. There’s something comforting in its structure, organization and balance. Or I’m a big nerd and get excited about stupid shit. I love buying things to help me organize. Ok, I’m done now.
Interesting but has a dark depressing feel.
agree. too depressing.

Ya, there is a internet cold front coming in from Digg.com and craigslist.org.
Time for something new. I think where I went wrong is that there were no racing stripes, web 2.0 glossies, or trucker mudflap girls.

Maybe Shoo could go with a Strawberry Shortcake or Rainbow Brite theme.
Or even He-Man and then GTG could have She-Ra as her theme on her blog. How cool would that be?!
Is this the new Cub blog?
I like this one better than the black one.
