Apple just released a utity for iTunes called TubeSock. Guess what it interacts with? Why YouTube, duh!
You can download and rip YouTube video to your iTunes. Essentially you can take your YouTube stuff and put it on your iPod.
However, just reading the site one more time, it only works with Mac. Hey, GTG, can I borrow your Mac?

ugh. no, because the school has made me into a pc person. just so everyone knows, i didn’t go voluntarily, but i couldn’t connect to the network on my mac-y. r.i.p. my little mac-y friend. i miss you.
The program isn’t free, but I tested it out in demo mode, and it worked like a charm. Very easy to use, and it has a few nice export options. But I won’t pay for it, ’cause I’m just that cheap.
