I am signing the papers tonight to start to become a homeowner!!!!!

Holy Cow!

Details:
Will not be able to move in till August.
House near Farmers Market on Wabash.
Cute 4 bedroom house with a full unfinished basement.
1.5 Car garage.
Big Yard.
