I am on the search for a home… *shudders at the realization of the responsibility* I’ve met with a realtor, a mortgage lender, and have already gone through two houses. I am liking the numbers everyone has given me and the possibities of my own place. Now it’s just finding what I want.
Looking for a garage (at least 1.5), 2 bedrooms, basement, good-size yard (got to have enough room to have my friends over)…
GTG is requesting a fenced-in backyard for a “fuzzy head.” I said I’ll think about it.
I am taking requests: What should I look for in a home?
* Fuzzy Head is GTG lingo for a dog.
Don’t you want any bathrooms? That is also important criteria when looking for a home (how many).
i think a fuzzy head is way more important than a bathroom!!
I like old, fixer-up houses. (I know, millions in hidden expenses just waiting to happen!)

I think you need a good realtor named Jeff to help you out. My mom is also a mortage lender so if you are not getting the $5000 first time home buyer grant you should go talk to her.
