Ahh Thanks Giving Week-Weekend. How my wallet loves thee. Traditionally, the evening before Thanks Giving is one of the busiest bar nights of the year. Everyone is home to celebrate and relax.
The sexiest bartending duo and the best bartender in Springfield manned the bar for the insane thirsty gobbling crowd. It was a pretty good crowd. We had some good tippers, some lousy ones, and then stupid people with credit cards. K, the seasoned door man, was at his post making sure our allstar team of bartenders did not have worry about the underagers.
Most of the night was a blur of restocking, making drinks, and batting eyes at the cute girls. Okay, ugly girls too. Just trying to make a dime!!
The bar groupies were in tow, but Ed and I were in full force meeting the demands of the crowd.
No crazy or interesting stories that I know of.

I personally really enjoy the one of Sarah I took at Chicago Style, with the Cubs pennant above her head. Couldn’t have planned it better myself.

Too many people at the bar this time of year. But the money sure is good at the end of the night. 2.5 hours on Thanksgivng night and $75 cant beat that. $200 Friday night. Gotta love that bartending money
Yay for money! WE did rock the crowd that night. Here’s to tonight being great tippers and busy busy! It’s the sexiest duo, dh henry, and the lord of us all my mom working tonight. whoo hooo. oh yeah, a few hot waitresses and very hot groupies too.
Insane Saturday night. This was the busiest night at the Hilton that I have ever seen. 56 Hope Road played whom I happen to hate. Every song is love, love, love. Give me a break stinky hippies. The night was great once we started counting tips again. It is bad when i make more in a couple of days of bartending then I do in my day jobs.

Ed and I experience a lot of crappy tippers this week. More than usual.
Ed even busted a guy out for only leaving $4 bucks on a $60 tab. I would too since we served him about 10-15 drinks.
