I’ve always thought of the MSN search engine as a sucky one, but I might have to rethink this. Check this out - when you do a search for Darcy’s Pint, my site comes 2nd. Google does a much better job of pointing to sites that describe how wonderful Darcy’s really is. But since they have me listed, I might as well put in my 2 cents.
Darcy’s Pint -
A Springfield landmark and a Springield delite. Darcy’s serves up the world famous Springfield Horseshoe (not related in anyway to this Shoo). Their number one seller is the Buffalo Chicken. And if you don’t know what a hores shoe is, its an appetizing dinner first layered with 2 pieces of toasts, then topped with a meat of choice (most shoes are made with hamburger, but there are some great alternatives), then the beast of what is really a open faced sandwich is topped with a “healthy” helping of cheese sauce. Darcy’s is known for their white cheese sauce. After the cheese is on, then the Shoe is dumped with mound of french fries. Its sure to fill you up.

I’ll be back in Springfield for a couple days this week (I live near Boston) and for the first time will have a car! I plan to try a horseshoe from D’Arcy’s Thursday night. I am looking forward to it.

I truly believe that D’arcys horseshoes are to die for. I would literally die for them. Hard to get a table now that everyone knows about thier deliciousness…im going right now!!!!
